there are lots of older women on fab and recently there have been a few threads in praise of them.

Its a good idea to do a search for women who are looking for men your age and start there. Otherwise if you can get along to a club or a social you stand a good chance of meeting women of all ages.

There's no shortage of guys wanting to meet older women trust me. I'm one that isn't interested to teaching anyone things. I like them to know already.
