Hi in need of some help on how to get a first meet.

you don't.. You get people say there of to meet you and they don't show up lol.. Don't get me wrong a lot of men do seem to get a meet on this site but you have to earn it I guess! Just be yourself the right meet will come along one day that's what I'm doing

It takes time there are lots of guys out there so lots of competition and you not accommodating will hinder you too.
