Hey erm im kinda new to all this i really could do with some pointers that would be great thanks x

There's lots of threads on here if you do a search and have a read there's some good tips. First thing most do on here is look at a profile even before reading a message. So a profile needs to stand out have what you like what your looking for and a bit of information about you. There's roughly at least 10 guys to every single female or couples profile so the ones with good profiles stand out. Also don't think of fab or swinging in general as a easy way to get sex as it's a lot more than that.

OK....firstly, your pics are all the same...and sorry, but a little boring. ..oh and, have you heard of smiling??

Seriously though, smiling in your pics is a much better look. Vary the content, we can all see your arm/chest...one is enough.

You REALLY need to write a profile, you might not have been on sites like this before but I assume you've used the Internet before?!!! ...take a look around at other men's profile to get some ideas of what u need to put (just don't copy and paste theirs, that's stealing)

Use your imagination, and don't obsess about how amazing you think the gym is...gym fit isn't everything.

Personally I would say retake your photos as you look a little confused in them... crack a smile and they all look quite similar.

Also I am sure you can do better than just 3 words on your profile bud... its your selling point and most will read it, if there is nothing about you most will browse right past it.

put your likes and what your looking for on here
