Single gal here and I'm afraid I would have deleted as well.. The couple of lines in your bio tell me nothing about you (other than here's another male who thinks this is enough because it's a 'swinger site'). Your profile pic is grainy and looks like it's a photo of a photo- screams dodgy to me.

Think it's all been said above to be honest but always remember the three P's:

Profile - Write one that makes you stand out, gets across who you are, what you're looking for and what you can offer.

Pictures - Get a decent set of pics that show you off, body shots not cock shots

Patience - You've been here three weeks, which for the majority of single male profiles is no time at all, some wait months or longer to get a meet.

As others have said, getting along to clubs and socials is a good way to get to know people, likewise getting active in the forums.

Single males massively outnumber single ladies and couples here (by around 100 to 1), so we really do have to put in the effort.

Most will look at your profile before considering reading your message and so you should ask yourself if your profile is the best that it can possibly be.

No idea. Maybe desparation is putting them off. Having a good profile and pics helps, but if men lack the social skills they may as well give up.

I presume you are looking for sex so tbh what you say in your first message can be almost irrelevant, yes you need to be able to engage with someone, hold a conversation and find common ground. But unless someone looks at yours pics and is attracted to you then you will struggle to do anything more than chat, just like in the real world.

Most will take a look at your profile before going anywhere near your message, and so it is perhaps more important to ensure that your profile is the best that it can possibly be.

A well thought out and constructed message is meaningless if the recipient is not attracted by your profile as it's pretty unlikely that they will even read it.

Hardly anyone reads profile text.

Face pictures show you are a real swinger with nothing to hide.

This has a similar layout to what some women have on their profiles, unfortunately it will fall flat. It portrays a "my way or no way" attitude which a fair few women also have on their profile but with one difference your a single male.... this will just go against you. When filling out your interests their are check boxes that state what your into, so you don't really need to state it in your bio. For the bio my advice is describe your good qualities e.g are you sociable, do you attend a certain club etc... Some good advice has been left above by a few people. Read it and hopefully you'll get the gist of what the site and the culture is about. Hope this helps

Write it in word first, and use the spell checker to get it right and word also helps with grammar.

Your using negatives constantly.

While your likes and dislikes are pretty important, the mistake most guys make is to concoct a profile which reads like a list of demands.

This is a swingers site, not a sex site. Swinging has a social aspect to it and it is not all about finding someone to fuck.

Don't complain that the advice generously given by the ladies here is no good.... I strongly suspect that they know how the typical female mind works.

Fab really can work. Guys really do meet women and couples here. And, gosh, sometimes we have sex. I can't see in the dark for shit either but I get a lift to clubs. You won't get anything out of Fab unless you put the effort in.

Ask yourself "what am I able to offer? Why should a lady reply to my message when she has already deleted 30 today?"

Many guys need to remember that Fab is not simply a sex site. You're not ordering from the Argos catalogue as one poster has said. The ladies here are not present to cater to anyone's needs/requests.

At first the sheer numbers but I think if someone would have told me the amount of disrespect and bullshit that comes with fab I would have stayed clear. Now I'm just nosey. Nothing worth meeting that meets even half my needs and gave up meeting new people along time ago.

There are now several guys on this thread asking for help. One easy thing to ammend is the fact that you want to meet everyone from 20 year old college students to 97 year old great grannies !!!

Please actually alter this to give a sensible age range.

It's this kind of lazy attitude, that winds me up.

Take some time to write a decent profile and not just about what YOU are looking for, but also what you offer.

Add some humour.

Be friendly and polite.

Write a message after reading someone's profile, if you fit what they are looking for and mention something to show you connect on some level.

Go along to a club or social and get a veri or two.
