If you turn setting to hide me so on peoples whos looked at me list does it still apply if they are a silver/gold site supporter? As thats a feature they paying for int it?

You can only see 'who's looked at me' if you are a site supporter, so the answer to your question is 'yes', you will be hidden from site supporters
