DOES ANYONE MEET?

Hi all, been on here a few years now and at first it was a great site had regular meets , met great couples and single women and now ZILCH! There must have been a huge influx of single guys on here!Not sure if all the genuine people are gone or not? As it seems like a social media site! Is there anyone out there that meets? ??

We meet. But this site is so full of single straight guys who don't bother to read our profile we have almost given up hope. We just head to the clubs and hook up

I think a lot of people - especially men - share your experiences. The site has a large membership but that can lead to unrealistic expectations, and the compounding effect of people's choices quickly reduces the effective numbers. If you consider that there might be 5,000 couples or women within a reasonable distance of you then perhaps only 1,500 might be looking for men. And of those, perhaps half are recently active profiles and maybe a third are fake or duplicates, bringing the number down to 500. Probably a quarter satisfy mutual age requirements and if half like your face photos etc, the number falls to around 60. This might then be halved by other physical requirements, and halved again by sexuality or sex interests, leaving a meagre 15 profiles that might be compatible - and that's before you apply your own criteria! So, unless you have an unusual USP, at most you might reasonably expect to meet 5-10 people (from sending out 500+ messages). Assuming people stay on the site for on average of 3 years you might expect only an extra 2-3 suitable profiles to appear each year from newcomers ... this accords with my experience of the site.

I guess people adopt different strategies if they want to meet more people than this - and the obvious ones are attending clubs and going to parties/socials etc where you can meet and perhaps play with friends of friends.

We do meet,however have found it increasingly difficult to meet genuine people. We get a massive influx of messages (mainly early hours of the weekend) saying how eager they are to meet. When we finally answer and try and sort out a meet, suddenly the cat has died/they have fallen asleep/they suddenly have to go into work.

It seems in fantasy people love to meet but in reality it's a totally different thing.

I meet lots of people, mainly socially. I built friendships in chat and know a variety of people on here. I attend socials, and ive been to several different clubs. Because my approach is social first that seems to put people at ease. If i ever play its a bonus

We've all but given up trying to get a meet, We have done a couple of the larger socials & have met most due to forum use, met loads, played with very, very few.

In general we have found those in our area where meeting would be easy don't want to know, those that are any distance away are happy to chat for as long as you like until you start talking dates & hotels. We are talking "real" people here too, they've had meets, regulars on here etc. Not some unveried newbies.

So we now have the occasional chat with a forumite & the odd club visit but even that lost it's shine at the weekend for various reasons.

The royal "We" are feeling very jaded atm so nothing should come as a surprise.

I find most people just don't have the courtesy to reply when messaging even to say no thanks.

I have offered many to meet as tv or we male. Get some initial fantasists who talk the talk and semi arrange before vanishing.

But so far been nothing but up garden path for many women and couples. Even booked days off work for fun and then they don't respond on the day.

Have met a few men though on here, but overarched by many time wasters.

100% agree with you! Quality over quantity! Socials are easiest.. If your not Brad Pitt.. (Unfortunately I've seen that a lot go off looks as first impression before actually getting to know you) keep chipping away buddy you'll get lucky

I think the reason why people think sites like this have changed is probably because you dont have to join a site like this as a single person to get sex when you want it as there are other sites like pof and tinder etc etc which people also use when looking for casual hookups. So because of that its diluted the concentration of people using only sites like this for casual sex and hook ups.

You dont have to come onto a swingers site to get Nsa casual sex anymore as theres plenty of other sites to find like minded people.

Places like this are probably used more by couples looking for other couples or by people looking to join couples etc.

So thats probably one of the biggest reasons why places like this arnt as easy to get meets in anymore as they once were. As people have spread out to other social media sites now to find casual hookups.

I meet, check the veries lol. I think that a profile is a work in progress and if you are not getting the results you want then change it. I love qwerky profiles that make me giggle, im young at heart! Also change your status regularly that should also make you more visable. Happy Fabbing xxxx
