Is it just me but i find it really frustrating that replies to emails are few and far between. Really hard to meet people

We are about 15 mins outa Pontypridd and we do go to Crawley in west sussex 2-3 times a year so get in touch !!

Yea we would agree ,manners cost nothing and if youve put the effort into mailing the least they could do is message you back a yay or polite nay but ppl are ppl and to sum ignorance is bliss unfortunatly

I only reply to people that meet my preferences on my profile....i.e within the age range shown, live in my home town and can accommodate....if they meet those requirements and I decide I'm not interested in meeting I will reply with a thanks but no thanks......BUT those that havent bothered to make sure we are compatible in the first instance in my opinion....DONT DESERVE A REPLY!!!

Think I will also adopt the above policy.

The amount of messages I get, drove me to put a 'no new people messaging please' as my status.

When that didnt work (Was just ignored) I hid my profile.

I have answered so many messages, and non of them c&p'd that when the person then responds to the message I do just delete it. I have on my profile my age pref, distance etc, however it doesnt stop em.. Friends have told me to just delete, I really dont like to just do that, however, responding to all the messages is a full time chore, fabs is supposed to be fun..

In the past I have replied to every message, detailing why the person didn't meet my criteria. Most people don't like that and will be abusive. So I stopped, and only reply to men who read my profile and whom i fancy. I don't do pity shags.

Disagree - what's the point of a polite no thanks? Does that make a person feel better to be formally rejected? I don't want to log on, see 5 new messages and then find them all to be no thanks.

This is the internet, it's not a real life situation. Politeness doesnt come into it. Us single men in particular aren't owed anything - there's too many of us to expect girls/couples to write individual replies to everything they get!

Weve had our fair share ov shitty why's and whatfor's wen weve said no thanks but we do try to reply to everyone,coz there are idiots out there and we feel that theres no point in lowering ourselvs to they level and anyways there is the block button and though we do get our fair share of interested party's, we not snowed under to the point that if replying to messages weve received that it would take us all day lol but we suppose some ppl do get that and its prob single fems

You get out of it what you put in. It would seem recipients lack manners but it's easier if you think of each message as disposable and not wait for a reply. Some will reply others will ignore but it's not you it's just how some operate. Most likely act same in the offline world .i.e would walk past someone instead of saying hello, out for the own etc.

Single blokes are almost deemed evil by some. This site can appear to be about as social as a wet bag but really it's not you'll meet nice peeps maybe not in person as quickly as you like but they do exist.

Just hang in their and don't be rude or let anyones comments go to heart as at the end of the day it's all binary
