No dnt thank me. I work out 4 times a week and spin classes and its damn hard work especially at my age but you look fabulous

I am nowhere near Athletic but just wanted to say wow you both have amazing bodies. That must take a lot of dedication and hours.

I did join the gym last week but struggling not to reward myself with half a pint after working out
