Sorry OP, but this is something we get taught at primary school. Spelling, grammar and punctuation may seem unimportant to you but you'd be surprised how many people will be put off by this.

To be blunt OP, your profile is very bland. Makes a brief mention of something you'd like to try but makes no mention whatsoever of what you have to offer. What is special about you. Why you should be the one to meet.

Change your status too. Don't focus too much on trying to get your first veri. You've only been here for 2 weeks. I would avoid making any mention about wanting to get that first verification. Think about it. What does it say about you and your motivation for getting a meet.

What is says is that you're less interested in who it is you're meeting and more bothered about that little green tick - in other words, you'll meet absolutely anyone just to get that veri.

Sorry OP, but you need to put some more effort into it.

Try having a read through some of the numerous other threads on the same subject.

A lot of very helpful advice has been given to others.

Not a lot there, really. Bad username. No public pictures. No sense of personality or what you offer.

You don't seem to have considered how other people reading it will perceive it. They have so many other people they could pick.

Dnt wish to be cruel. But think you need to know. The face pic on profile is an instant no no. You look like a burglar. Or even worse.

Your profile as no content so of no interest. So you need to put some effort into it and check spelling as you do it.

I started this post by saying Hello and not one person has had the decency to say hi or welcome back.

There's been some good feed back from some and some others have been just plain rude including assuming I'm married. I don't mind criticism if it's constructive but the rest is just down right sad from fellow human beings.

When some of the people that have been rude about my profile have meets from people with less than a sentence for there profile!! Talk about double standards

First of all..hi..

This site is full of single guys, some say they are single but are obviously not. But the fact remains it's not an easy place to dive right into..it's nerve racking and you will be checking your phone every 5mins waiting for that reply..fact is..you need to remember these are real people. It's not a dating site and inevitably there will be rude people with such a variety of personalities and preferences.but there are also some lovely people from all walks of life that will chat,meet and greet. Don't take anything to heart and be respectful.

One guy to another, be honest, be proud but not rude. Try to make friends rather than getting laid, the latter may follow as a result, take the pointers on board and make the changes..people will check... good luck and happy fabbing

OP, you do open yourself up when you ask for profile advise. I can't see where anyone has been particularly rude to you. Try not to jump on people for their comments. I think you've had some good advise. IMO, yes some more interesting pics, I don't mean cock pics. Fill out your profile a bit more with what you have to offer people you would like to meet, so they can see if you match their criteria. People will think you are married as you don't accommodate, but everyone has their own reasons for not accommodating, as do we. We wish you luck and fun!

We are all welcoming until negativity takes over. While I in no way recommend posters to accept all advice proffered, rejecting it is better done with social grace. No jaded here, just sensible advice offered with sensibility.
