FabSwingers.com forum: New to Essex

Hi All,

I just wanted to introduce myself to the group. "Hello everyone :D"

I'm a new site member just discovering how difficult it is for a single guy to get started.

I know these things take time, luckily I'm a very patient chap. If anyone has any advice on how to build up friends or get responses I'm all ears.

My profile seems OK to me but I've had no feedback and, although I've sent a couple of friendly emails with face pics, I've had no replies.

Am I doing something wrong? What's the best type of email to send at first contact?

Hiya and welcome,ok Ive had a look at your profile and it looks fine,and the fact that you've got pics up is a bonus

The only thing that I would change is the last line about promising that you won't disappoint..that would be up for others to decide

As for mailing people,be honest be original if you can,read the profiles of who you are messaging and be very very patient lol

I really appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile and offer advice.

That line is gone now btw lol. I guess it's difficult to convey how genuine you are until other people have met you face-to-face. Profiles are quite one-dimensional and most are saying the same type of thing.

I am very patient though and will keep writing as excellent and unique emails as I can humanly muster. Perhaps I'll get a gold star for my verbiage one day.
