Most women and couples read profile before contemplating reading let alone replying to messages, so make your first impression in the profile and then you stand a better chance to win them over with personality while chatting

I agree curvy, but for some people, like myself, selling yourself in a description isn't that easy. I have read a lot of profiles and from reading them this seems important to them, but lots don't bother, I am actually one that takes the time to do so but thinks copy and paste is used a lot in descriptions lol

But this site is based on communicating via the written word of you can't sell yourself that way, its arguable that it's perhaps not the best way to go about trying to meet people

You'll soon find on fab that profiles that spout how genuine they are are usually the ones to avoid it's not a word that means much to experienced fabbers

As your bitter and unmerited response to my post clearly indicates, you are neither nice or polite, so some doubt is also cast on you being genuine or honest, which confirms my initial point on the relevance or veracity of the word "genuine" when used in profiles.

I agree.

There are those who ask for help with what is a reasonably detailed profile but may need small tweaks, and then there are those who genuinely are clueless, and who have not referred to any of the hundreds of other identical threads, requesting others more or less write it for them, which is pointless
