Hi can anyone tell me why some users have pm,poke or block under their names and others only have block?

Its all to do with their preferences I think, pretty much like their profile preferences.

You can set your PM preferences to anyone can PM, only friends can PM or nobody can PM.

Women tend to set theirs to friends or nobody. Men tend to set theirs to anyone

Does that go with the poke and block? I've seen some that have all 3 options and some with only block underneath their profiles

You can't pm or poke someone if they are using the chatroom on their mobile.

You can PM them but it hides behind the main chat window so they need to close the main one.

Yes, when you choose what to allow it includes PM and poke. Not block, anyone is allowed to block anyone.

Strange then that when I use the mobile chat it says there is no private messaging facility
