Why do people leave your messages unread?

They've read your profile before the message and don't think you'd be compatible.

They've read it while you're offline then marked it as unread again.

It's that short they don't have to open it to know what it says.

They don't want to.

Any of the above, and probably more.

Because very short messages can be read without opening them.

Because they can see from the first line the message is shit.

Because they don't want to read them.

Because of 537 different reasons.....

Because they have a billion trillion unread messages and haven't got around to reading it yet! Delete your sent mail then you won't know what's happened to it.
