Hi I'm new to the site and writen a profile which tells the truth about the situation in life I'm in. I recovered from serious illness by ditching the NHS and I'm back on my feet and just want to have some fun before I'm just too old. I basically put mysel on gym juice (kwim) and hit the weights

Is writing about the fact I dont work atm due to my ongoing recovery offputting to ladies on here? I have a small income and have assets & a car.

Is being as truthful as I am a wise approach?

If you have the time please could you have a quick scan of my profile and if you can offer any tips to help my chances.

Thanks My concern was my lack of work more than the medical stuff.

I'd just hate to meet someone and then they ask what I do.

Any parts in particular I should delete?

I agree, too much detail, I am not suggesting being dishonest but highlight all the positive bits, just like a salesman does. This is from someone who has probably been abit too forward about being married !

The face picture was taken in 2012 but I'm thinner, don't have the same hairstyle and look better now, wouldn't it be a good idea to just take a current face picture?

You come across as keen to be honest which is a point in your favour but as others have said I think you might be giving away a little too much detail

I agree. I got feed back from Scotland group and I deleted chunks to make it a bit more concise. I was concerned about being honest in that I'm "in between jobs" and I'm the hairiest man like and worse with gym juice making it sprout. Good tho it caused my hairline to stop retreating! I thought whats the point chatting away and then saying well i'm like a chocolate labrador under me collar

I just wanted to show that I keep myself fit and in shape. Also it has a small face pic. I need to get better face pics done but what is wrong with demonstrating healthiness? Could it send another message to a woman? Ok perhaps I see a point here.

I've changed it to - I like giving intimate massages. Sounds better
