Why would I start a chat with a view to meet you if you have a history of fuckin off without so much as a minutes notice ?

Just think about that

People invest time in getting to meet others. Normally they appreciate it if it is reciprocated and turns into (at least) a social meet.

They don't want to do that thinking that when it comes down to it, you just disappear.
