I have not yet watched it, but hoping to tonight, some people have said its rubbish, and not at all like the book, have any of you guys watched it? If so what did you think?, did you reach for the stop button after 20 minutes or reach out for your partner's crotch?

I read all 3 and yet to read cristians book...I found them...erm...very interesting lol not into pain an all that shit, but I found that I couldn't put them down, I just had to carry on...my housework suffered and I hardly slept!so I find it interesting that most didn't like the film.

It was alright as something to switch off to, but i didn't find it sexy at all, and the acting wasn't great either.

Glanced at the book - wasn't inspired.

Although I did hear it was originally an Internet article and later extended so perhaps explains that.

Basically I guess it's bdsm for those who've never heard of it!!

Not read the book. The film was pretty similar to 9 1/2 weeks.

The soundtrack was alright. Erm that's pretty much it.

I perferred the books, I wish they had made the film into a picturehouse film rather than mainstream cinema film, could have had a lot more content in it in my opinion

Yes agreed - I think content and form would have been improved if the books had been written without mass market appeal in mind too m x

Why watch it?

When you can do it for real?

We 'switch' & both enjoy our rolls as dominate or submissive.

Even if she does leave me bow legged at times!
