Why would you quit while you can still have sex?

When my father had his prostate removed at 85 they told him he could still have sex but sadly could no longer father children, I advised him and my mother to look into adoption

Why stop? If you are capable and still enjoy sex it can only do you good, unless you have a dodgy ticker. Even so, it is great cardiovascular exercise.
