Hello, mate.
First thing I'd suggest is to examine your expectations. You've been on the site for 2 weeks, and although you say you don't expect a meet the next day you then go on to say you thought you'd have more luck by now. Two weeks is no time at all... if you're after a quicker return on your investment, it may be better to try your chances in a local pub or bar on a Friday or Saturday night.
I don't mean to sound all self-righteous but swinging is mostly not about a quick way to get into someone else's bed. There are people who will put up "meet today" postings (I presume you've seen that section of the site) but mostly people are interested in building rapports with others, rather than just jumping into bed with someone they've never met before nor had any interaction with.
So, to that extent, just keep doing what you're doing. Remain friendly, remain respectful of others' wishes and requests (age, location, ability to accommodate, etc...). Keep using the forums and/or the chat room, and don't rely solely on sending a million messages to people in a spray-and-pray kinda way.
Also, think about attending one of the Socials near to you - they're a great way of showing you aren't just someone who uses the site once in a blue moon in the hope he'll get lucky. They can be daunting and a bit intimidating for a single male on the first one, but again it all goes back to the return on investment... if you put the effort in then it will pay off.
In time, you'll be recognised as a member of the community who contributes something and isn't just looking to empty his balls at any opportunity. Then you'll find your luck will change and people will respond to your messages as they recognise you from the forums, chat and Socials.
Alternatively, you could just pay for membership at a club, but don't necessarily expect things to be any easier as the competition is as tough due to the number of males outweighing the number of females or couples looking for a single male.
In summary, stay positive, get yourself recognised and contribute to the community. Hope that helps |
