Have a look in the Introductions forum section. Usually a lot of profile advice in there.

Some people like fuck n go. Some people like to be friendly with people they meet. Neither way is wrong. Figure out which type suits you best and look for people the same.

The advice you've been given is from experienced members. It's your profile, it needs to reflect you and only you can do this. Read the forums there are hundreds of threads with men asking the same question and they've been given good advice, read them
