I think less and less people think it is pee because they have experienced it when it is not. PH test taken in short time of each other, ie minutes if you pee right after sex, as I do often, should confirm them are different substances for those of us for whom it is. It may well be pee for some women, and I accept that.

however, there is a gland in the body behind the g spot..it has nothing to do with the bladder and although some of the gush fluid may come from the urethra,

like a man can pee and cum through the same tube.. a woman can produce this completely different fluid from her body..so, not everyone does it or knows they can do it..neither have all the answers been found as to which tubes/ organs or cells its held in, however, i know the difference between bladder weakness and stress incontinence and g spot gushing orgasms ..for myself and other women..i assure you this fluid is not urine, it doesnt look like it,feel like it, smell like it, or, taste like it..so, i would suggest some women may pee themselves a little however some women are having an experience that is totally different to that..why is that so difficult for you to accept?

Thank you all, its so good to read a post on this subject getting the attention it deserves. We are all different and have different sexual experiences and expectations, some not agreeable to others - so knowing your boundaries is vital when it comes to Squirting/Gushing

I'll put my pennys worth in! Physiologically, the fluid must come frome the bladder. However, it does not contain the same level of urea as normal output hence the lack of smell. As a gusher, I've witnessed that myself! From memory, the oft cited article was mooting the hypothesis that female arousal led to an increase in kidney functioning resulting in the bladder filling rapidly. But it is still a bit of an unknown!

So it seems this mysterious fluid both is, and isn't, wee. Made in the same place, but slightly different chemistry. Really, no need to get het up about it!

And for me, gushing is not synonymous with orgasm. Although I do enjoy it

Thank you Sassy and Nobby for your "medical" responses and I am sure some will not argue that there are very clear biological things taking place when a sexy female "squirts/gushes" but whatever its explanation its not wee - I like water sports and there is a very distinct difference
