Hi all - I am fairly new to this and have had some helpful tips by some nice people.

Well "old guy", I'm considerably older than yo, lol, and I'm happy to report that I do quite ok on here.

All excellent advice. But there is the sheer volume of single males to compete against for attention. Being over 50 does preclude me I'm sure from a lot of searches but I'm ever hopeful. Hey what I've got to offer isn't that bad!

A friend suggested I start contributing to the forums to get noticed and this is my first foray, however I'm sure that patience and hoensty is the way forward. But any help would be greatly appreciated.
