Go and look at other successful profiles, and then search for the hundreds of threads like yours.

You will get all the advice you need.

As above. There's so many different tastes that there is no perfect profile. Generally the profile should be mostly about you and sell you. And a little bit about what you are looking for. Yours currently dosent do that very well.
