Meta profile help! A place for all requests

Hi! I have seen many people's profile help requests and thought it a good idea to start a help thread so you post to ask help and people pool together to help out the people in need... LIKE ME HELP PLEASE!! :p

I'd start by having a profile because at the moment you don't..its bare...your one pic is really bad and unflattering...

Have a look at your profile,and ask yourself if you were a girl getting a 1000+ messages a week would I entertain the thought of shagging this guy?
