Spondon

I was browsing the forums and saw mention something that struck a non-swinging chord.

Do I have anything in common with others?

Therefore I was wondering if any swingers on Fab we're budding writers or published. Would love to hear from you.

R xx

Potentially Budding writer here. Love writing poetry - which will probably be my downfall as hopes of success are small for me ha! What do you write OP?

I mostly write fantasy; Swords & Sorcery style of novels.

I have also published a naughty little number that was a little inspired by Memoirs of a Call-girl. Somewhat autobiographical and somewhat Pervy.

I have written a bit, some short erotic stories and one novel and same as you dragons and wizards. I am a massive Lord of the rings (giggity) fan, and i have read those books over 300 times, sort of lost count now. Also read a lot of David Eddings books, not sure if you have heard of him.

The novel is self published, and have even sold a few copies, but not enough to buy the F type Jag yet.

Im trying to break into the world of erotica and horror writing. Mostly short stories but Im still to get anything published.

I know what the previous poster who mentioned poetry means, its my Dad's talent and curse. He's had a few books published, but could never look at it as a main income.

I love writing, but finding time is difficult with a business to run and the kid to keep clean and fed! Particularly like erotic stories, but can't see how anyone can get published, with so much online and so many people having a go. I've put the start of a short story in the forum "i finally fuck my college crush" the girl it's about liked it, but wouldn't have a clue if it's any good from a writer's/publishers perspective!
