Probably best looking at club sites and asking them directly. I think most clubs only recognise male/ female as couples. Worth asking though.

I agree with this - but do pre-contact any club you plan to attend to check any local guidelines they have. Most clubs have at least one 'couples only' night and a few may wish to interpret this as strictly one M and one F per couple - others will be a bit more 21st century...
