Tvchix as a site is probably best, but really best bet is to get off arse and go along to one of the big organised nights: pink punters, Ted's Place in Fulham etc

Pink Punters is ace, but it depends what you want to meet them for. A lot of the TS I know aren't that much interested in just meeting for a shag, but are happy to date. A bit of a generalisation there, but in clubs it's a different atmosphere to a swinging site.

Going to a night club unfortunately isn't a suitable option as I don't think there is any near where I live. I have been to a TV event at a gay sauna but it wasn't really what I was looking for.

I don't want a full blown relationship but a friend with benefits would be good.

You might not find that. A lot of the girls I know who are transitioning aren't that keen on being a tick on someone's bucket list. Some are happy enough being seen as a fetish item, or such, but not many.
