What to put in profile text

Having been on here for a while albeit pretty inactive I have decided to be proactive and give it a good go for 2015 and hopefully make a good friend or two.

Being new to this I have found that writing my profile has been really challenging however I have spent some time on it this morning and would value peoples opinions.
