Hi guys, we are pretty new to the site and have put out first "meet" diary date up for Friday (others have been done after chatting etc)... The response has been very minimal and I'm just wonder if others have found the same? Or is there an issue with out profile ? Any advice/ feedback or info that can be given would be much appreciated .... Many thanks .... K

The meet shows up just fine on your profile. Can't comment on the lack of response, as I'm not sure what the usual response to a couple's meet request would be!

I dont think that many people loot at the meets pages, just as not that many post on the forums

Your user name suggests that you are a FWB couple. When I had a similar arrangement I found that this can put some couples off.

We've put up a meet today ad on a few occassions and only once has it directly led to a meet. I think people seeking fairly spontaneous meets tend to look at clubs - it's certainly generally true for us

That said your profile doesn't really say much, it's primarily just a list of things you aren't interested in.

We find we get more response to on the day stuff. Planning ahead often ends up with us or them cancelling due to changes of plans etc

Thanks guys for your messages ... We will look at our profile and see what we can improve ..... I did wonder if anyone gets any response from meet requests.... Seems it may not be uncommon to not get a good response after all !! Thanks again

I tend to agree that merit requests get varied responses.

Must admit though my record was 5 mins...led to a meet that night.

Couple I know in Gloucester wanted to meet me and (if possible) another fem. They texted me as I arrived home....this was 8.30 on a saturday eve. I put a meet up from my phone.

Went upstairs, logged on on my iPod and already had a reply....

Lost contact with my friends (someone nicked their phone in pub)

Me and my "meet" went out in Worcester then back to hers...ended up having breakfast together too!

Then she left site lol!

"Your user name suggests that you are a FWB couple. When I had a similar arrangement I found that this can put some couples off."

Being honest, the combination of friend with benefits, hotel meet and the claim of being very discreet would be enough to put us off

due to distance we get the same problem, apart from snobby couples that think they are better than others.

never worry, plenty of people on here on meet pmsl
