help with profile?

Hay I'm back after a couple of years away from the site.... Any advice and tips on what you guys and girls would like to see in a profile?? I could easerly find write something booring or waffle on and put people of! When I'm simply wanting to achieve the opposite.... And not waist peoples time or mess people around...

Looks fine to me apart from the disclaimer that puts my teeth on edge and risks appearing sheep like. If you really feel the need to use it, substitute my for 'our' as yours is a single profile.

Id perhaps up date your pics the current one although a good one is 3 years out of date and a lot can change in 3 years
