This is excellent advice. On top of the reasons mentioned - there are lots of women who are very curious about trying this also (and even more can be enticed). Teach yourself, its what I did. Buy a normal sized toy and find out what works best for you, go slowly, get used to the initial sensation and build up.

I will say don't just try and sit down all in one go once it starts to hurt, ease of a bit, then try again, keep doing this until ........... well you`ll know the point when it arrives

Totally agree with the above one thing to do before any play is clean yourself buy a douche to help rinse out before you play lots of good water based lube and be gentle .
