I'm aware this isn't to everyone taste. I'm intrigued and tempted to dable with it. Would anyone be able to give me bit of advice with regards to starting ?

Try not to do it when you have drank Alcohol or Coffey and such, start your day of with plenty of fresh water, fruit juice.. if your going to try and piss a river, I would say pop some fluid tablets!
