Okay, so ive been on the site for a while now. Im new to swinging, and havent done it yet, as such. It looks so exciting, and sexy. I need to get my feet wet, but im unsure how to get over my initial nerve of meeting women and couples.

Im from Glasgow, and looking to meet, is there any hints to get over this fear?

Like the good old Nike ad said "just do it" it's just when you hear the voice in your head "just do it..... Already" is when you fear again but good luck

Need to know basis

Look in the Meet/Event part of the forums. There might be socials being organised in your area. They are a great way of meeting like minded people without pressure.
