Hi all, seeing the post from the motorbike crew (hi brothers/sisters i was wondering if or how many cyclists are on here?

I cover around 200-250 miles a week rain or shine any other fruit cakes out there?

I do about 70 a week, just to keep fit, we have a friend on here who is semi pro and does crazy miles each week.

Some nice riding out your way, i often ride up to Bury st Eds via Headingham Cavindish, Melford etc

I'm just getting into it, longest ride being 37 miles. Any tips on staying warm would be appreciated

Thermals are good.. I've been cycling since I was young.... Love my legs in Lycra lol

15 miles a day to and from work....great in the summer... Not too good in the winter lol...

I ride when the weather is reasonable, did a 20 charity ride a few months ago

Have a look on Wiggle.co.uk their own brand of cycling kit 'dhb' is good stuff and not too pricey.

You should use a thin base layer then something like a thermal windstopper over the top

I hope there are some women cyclist on here

Rotherham

Ride to work 3or4 times awk on MTB around 60 to 80 miles and biggis ride 110 mile for charity on trans pennine route in 10 hours xx and I just got a road bike but not been out much yet x
