pics are good, but profile doesn't really say anything about you, i would get rid of it completely and try again with more stuff about you.

Perhaps a photo without a "sports" shirt on. The pics in women's profiles don't normally have them in a ratty old tee shirt and tracky bottoms, so why shouldn't we make the effort?
