Why is it crazy?

It is deliberately set that way so you can't set up a second profile and just verify yourself. Or get a mate to join and verify each other.

Ok maybe I did not explain it well.

So let's say its a brand new site....2 people join...both not verified but meet....how do you then get a verification?

I met a great guy in Manchester hes not verified, I am not...so genuine meet but you cant verify each other....

Unfortunately that’s the rules we all started out with you have to meet someone who’s verified to get yourself a verification and that’s if they will give you one some won’t as we found out on our early meets

Like it's bonkers...makes no sense at all....

You used to be able to send a pic to adim and get verified,I did it when I was on a few years ago....

Genuine question who verified the 1st person if you cant verify someone till you have a verification.....they have changed how they do it ,you could send a pic in with the date and site written on a peice of papper

The site owners, (who dont need verification because it's their site) I presume invited their friends, obviously people they know so they could then verify them and it built from there it's not a hard concept to understand.

You can still photo verify as you stated above but you can't meet verify anyone until someone else has meet verified you.

I have been on here almost 8 years and it was this way when I joined.
