Hiya i have a very nervous partner who has never done this before and we might be going to a club on saturday. Just wanted peoples thoughts on:

How to calm nerves

Whether there is anything i can do to calm his nerves

Is a club the best place for us

Has anyone else been in this position at the beginning

Everyone has been in this position at some point. Just relax, if you go to a club, you can wander around and not play with anyone, its yours and her choice, there's no 'you pay your money and you HAVE to play' and if you decide you want to, there are private lockable rooms in some clubs too

The best start is social meets with another couple (sadly better than a single male) and talk to them and have a laugh. You may want a second meet, you may want to take things further there and then but if there is no pressure and no concomitant the worst that can happen is a drink or 2 with fellow swingers.
