So a family friend who I've known for over 20 years keeps making suggestive remarks to me, now this woman is 81 but looks more like 70,

There used to be a couple of women who behaved this way at my father's care home and one who would climb into other residents beds with them.

Loss of inhibitions is a common side effect of dementia and is a major safeguarding issue.
