You can get starter packs, with three sizes! Don’t be over ambitious too quick! Plenty of lube and don’t wear for too long at a time - it no healthy

My advice and the way I started with my wife for me would me to but a starter set . Normally 3-4 sizes .. starting with a small one and they increase in size .. it’s like everything it takes a bit if practice and conditioning..

When purchasing a butt plug you need to look at the simple rules.

Base size (flange) - very important that the base is wider than the girth of the toy. Many an a&e department have seen toys stuck were they don't belong.

Girth and length - start small. If you can stick a cheeky finger in there without it feel to uncomfortable it's a good marker for a starter size. A little bigger gives to the fullness that some crave. Then build from there.

Material - toys are made out of lots of different materials these days. For Beginners, stick to a softer more flexible silicon (remembering that flange size).

Lube - make sure you buy lube that works with your toy and your body. E.g. Oil based lubricants melt silicon toys.

Addition items - water douche ball with nozzle with Tempted warm water will clean your anus ready for toy insertion. Water temperature is best to match the internal temp of the body approx. Think baby bath water temp.

Enjoy...

Time - start slowly. 5mins. Then build up. Recommendations are not to have a toy in for more than 30mins. Though most choose to ignore this.

Safety - if you are going to wear an anal toy for longer periods, take break to re lube every so often and add a safety loop of ribbon to the neck of the toy just incase it needs to be fished out.
