Night out

So next weekend, there’s night out planned at my workplace, I am unable to attend due to work and other commitments, however I have offered to give a fellow colleague a lift as I pass her hotel on my way home.

She has told me to bring a change of clothes and invited me to a drink in her hotel, saying I can get changed in her room beforehand.

Am I reading too much into this? Does it mean anything? She is married? Or is it just a thank you from a friend?

It sounds like she thinks you're going on the night out if she's offered that you can get changed there. Be careful if she's married, you wouldn't want to create any drama would you?

This my thinking, but I told her I wasn’t going, I just offered her a lift.

I don’t know, the world works in mysterious ways
