Looking for a review of my profile, please

Hi there! I'm Em and I'm very new to the swinging scene. I'm single and currently cannot accommodate.

While I haven't been a member here for very long, I haven't really had much success in getting a conversation going, especially with women, couples and TS/TV. When I find someone who I like the look of and believe I meet their criteria (in terms of age and stuff in their bio), I will send a message that isn't a copy/paste one. I'll always try to reference something in their bio or their pictures and interests with a little about me and what I'm looking for, and will typically attach a face picture. But for the most part, the message will go unread, left on read or deleted. I don't send multiple messages, though, if I don't receive a reply, and I'll typically block those who delete my message because that's a clear signal to me that they're not interested at all.

I understand I won't be everyone's cup of tea and that's completely fine and that women in particular are inundated with messages; I try to make the first couple of sentences interesting to try and stand out.

I digress. The contents of my messages is something I can work on. I'm here to ask for some honest, but polite and constructive, feedback about my profile, please. Is my bio good enough or is there something I should be adding or removing? Are the public pictures and videos acceptable (yes, there are some dick pics in there, but most are body and half-face ones). Could the inability to host also be putting some people off?

While I send out messages to those who appeal to me, I very rarely receive messages first, which could be due to a poorly created profile or I've just not been seen by someone who has an attraction to me yet (which is fair). So I'd just like to try and improve my chances by asking for a critique of my profile, please.
