Surely in todays technology everyone could manage to put some sort of photo of themselves on there profile. Doesn't always have to be a face pic.

I agree ,there's lots of body parts that won't identify someone, however it's their choice and as long as they appreciate it will reduce their chances on here .

I don't engage with blank profiles though.
