Hi,

Ive been using Fab now for a few months. I m reaching out for some advice please... I send out quite a few messages to people Im interested in but clearly Im doing something wrong because I very rarely ever get a reply. Im not pushy in my messages, and am always polite and say something about how I think we'd be suited etc. Not just "wanna fuck?" type messages.

What am I doing wrong? I get that women get a LOT of messages from men so they cant reply to them all. Anybody got advice please to help me increase my chances of a reply? Id really appreciate it.

Personally, I've quickly come to the realisation (like literally in three days here) that cold calling women on here with messages is simply not the thing to do.

You have to see it from their perspective.

As far as you're concerned you're locked, cocked and ready to rock. If they are looking for a good time fuck buddy, you're the man.

But from their perspective, you're just one of hundreds of DMs and each is from a keen and hungry guy offering to ride them wild.

It must get a bit much.

I very quickly fired off about 20 DMs which I am now embarrassed about.

12 went unread.

8 were read, of which...

3 automatically blocked me with no reply (and I wasn't offensive, pushy, arrogant or knowingly being a dick).

2 just didn't reply.

3 replied and were polite, of which...

2 were willing to chat.

I have now deleted all of the DMs and wont be sending any more.

I realise that with no verifications we're just stray dogs begging for something sweet. We all have cocks, great lines, GSOH etc, but DMs will not cut through the sheer clamour of attention.

I've sent my last DM.

I'm off to a few socials to actually get to know people, and to build a decent profile.

DMing speculatively is just not the way to go IMHO until people are able to vouch for you.
