2 face pics is good but the second one to me looks like the woman that you've chopped out could be a partner or ex. Not so great.

You can accommodate which in theory should make things much easier, but your profile looks like you spent less than a minute on it. It says nothing of any note and won't make you stand out from the crowd.

4 weeks isn't that long, so hang on in there! We would lose the pic with the female cut off, as it may be off putting!
