It's a clit hood piercing. Very few women want their actual clit pierced.

I have both nipples pierced and clit hood. Like above poster said, very few girls have actual clit pierced

It's very painful but not as bad as tongue. Got both nipples, tongue and hood x

I had both nipples pierced at same time, left one was pain free, right one hurt like hell ( well for 30 seconds or so).

Left one healed fairly quickly, right one though took couple months longer.

Don't regret having them done though
