Use the timer on your phone, you just need to find a way to balance your phone. If it's got a cover that opens up it's easily done, that's what we do.

An easy way to photograph yourself that way is to put your phone onto a jamjar or a glass or a block of wood fastened on with a rubber band so it stays put , and then put your phone on the timer for pictures or do avideo video and then take a screen shot of the video that where you can get exactly what you want
