Use the Advanced search. There's a tick box so you can search for couples looking for men your age.

Or read profiles and check the age range. And respect it.

I meet a couple in their 60s they only meet guys over 45 and say it is too complicated with younger guys but she has admitted to me she has met the occasional young guy loves their stamina lol
