Stand out and be interesting and different to every other single male profile.

That means a variety of attractive photos (no need for public face shots) and an interesting bio.

That's all the help you get I'm afraid as unless you create it yourself it's not you, it's someone else.

Unfortunately, with a best guess ratio of 75‰ males to 25% females/couples, you need to make yourself stand out and that means photos (as others have said doesn't need to be face) and an interesting profile...
