Hi guys,

I've been trying to set up a profile for me as a woman on my own (along side my couples one) I've sent my verification photo I don't know how many times and it still hasn't been approved?? I'm not able to do anything else until this has been verified. I've used a different email address and so I'm not sure what else to do. I have tried emailing but understandably I've not had a response. Running out of ideas now. Tia J xx

When you say emailed have you filled out the online problem form on here? They responded to me and sorted my problem within a few days.

Or have you tried using your single profile on a different IP address so it doesn’t have any connection with your couples one? (Not that that should be a problem anyway as I’ve not had any trouble)
