First I don't know if this is best here or in the club discussion - your thoughts please.

I'm old (79), in Oxfordshire, and want to get back into things after a long (decades) gap. That means I need to start visiting clubs. So I am looking for advice as to which clubs are more frequented by us oldies, and/or where we would be welcomed. I have no wish to go to one and find that everyone else is under 40.

So what do you club experts suggest?

You'd be welcomed at most clubs. Every night is different so the ages will be different. Most, (but not all) in a club will be between 30 to 60 years old. We would advise it's not easy for many single guys in a club regardless of age.
