can some1 tell me how to post message to other users in new chat. can get into room read other chat posted also able to type my message but cant send it help pls

Have you tried hitting 'Enter'. Not being flippant, but that is how you post the comment!

its because your new and you now have to wait 72 hrs until you can talk in chatroom unless you have been verified , hope this helps xx
